I find Dr Alexander Elder SafeZone indicator very useful in trading with Metastock charting. I also trade with charts using Easy language and C#, have not been successful in translating Safezone to this other charting. Can anyone help?

I currently use Ameritrade and I like to do shorts but I find that Ameritrade never seems to have the shares available to short.

Can someone suggest a brokerage that may have more shares available to short then Ameritrade. I usually stay in the 5-12 dollar range.
